Attenuator for Picoscope 4425

Post by georgeku »

I am going to upgrade my old PicoScope 4223 2-CH to Picoscope 4425. I wonder if I can still use my 20:1 attenuator for the Picoscope 4425 or I need the new one 10:1 for it? Thanks.

George

Nice upgrade. 2 more channels and a lot more horsepower.

The 20:1 attenuators will be just fine but you will need two more... It's essential to have one for each channel.

The 10:1 attenuators are a better match for the 4425 and also increase the scope input impedance to 8 megohms.

BTW... Might want to enter our drawing for an Autonerdz PicoQuad Lite kit:

Thanks for prompt reply and yes, you are right. I need to buy more attenuators for each channel.
