Please be gentle I'm very new to all of this and have no mentor to guide me. I have a Chevy spark with a cylinder 2 misfire and rich code. I have played about with the scope in my spare time and need help on what I'm seeing. I will post a few pics. Please remember I am very novice at all this but want to learn. The primary current is taken at the fuse box the secondary voltage is back probed at coil pack. No inductive pick up at the time of scoping.
Good morning, how does that help, saying that the exspensive scan tool would be fried?Ah but of course it is a scan tool as well so it enables the operator to view live data and scope at the same time. i may have missed the introduction of the scan tool side on the pico? i dont mind being corrected about that, and i suspect an attenuator would be needed for the pico,, but yes compare the known good against a suspect capture.
