Newbie with a pico scope

Post by Mike Banovich »

Hello My name is Mike from Long Island NY, I am a auto Tech trainer for the company I work for. We remanufacturing alternators, starters, caliper, P/S and electronic steering racks. I travel throughout the US working with auto techs and doing training clinics. I just bought the 4 channel pico scope and I am learning how it can help in diagnosing by using this in-depth scope.

Hello Mike,

Welcome to the forum! Great to see how you see a slightly different sector of the automotive world and looking to see how Pico can help.

One area that I think can really help with the re manufacturing of starter motors is math channels. We have great post where PicoScope and maths can help reveal so much more about a component. All this can be found here - https://www.picoauto.com/library/training/maths-is-cool-part-1

Please feel free to get in touch and ask questions, we're here to help and I know others on the forum are happy to help out as well. I also look forward to seeing your contributions going forward :D

Kind regards

Ben
