Identifying batteries is it important?

Post by steveashcroft »

Hi All
I started using my pico for battery testing as it's ace!
at this very moment I'm testing a silver Calcium battery on a transit. The labels on battery give 60ah 590A and thats it! No sae or en designation. So I assume it must be 590 CCA, bt what about EN or SAE? does it matter?

Thanks
Steve
