What is the issue with the powersupply of the car?
I guess this car got a variable alt. and with 80A averange isnt bad.
But maybe you got a bad GND somewhere if its difficult to start or other issues with powersupply.
Alot of aluminium, which corrodes on bolt mounts where the GND wires are?
Adjust your scope settings to read AC Coupled, and then run the engine at 2500 rpm and switch on all electrical loads except A/C. Looks for long tails in the waveform or any other abnormalities that might be present!

Ive seen what's happened here I've deleted the wrong trace I did what you've said to do although its better it is still over the amps but I'm going to do it again
