Battery test - Charging circuit - Status Charging

Post by VASTech »

I don`t know if this is a sw bug, but at least 2 test shows the same value in Status of charging (66.6666666..). Is this normal for my battery settings?
Thank You!

Mine used to do that but can't say I have noticed it recently, however, I did download the latest software so it might of been fixed :)

My tests was done in VW Golf MK4 1.9L TDI. Seems that I`m not the only one with this issue.

The reason I asked about the vehicle you were testing was because in the results screen I see;

1/ Maximum current 2kA, and
2/ 3232 CCA

That's a very large starter motor and a very large battery by any stretch of the imagination for a car :mrgreen:

My test was on a jeep renegade 1.4 but you can see I selected 500 sae battery. This vehicle has stop start function and a smart alternator that maybe a factor?
