2008 Vw passat 2.0 tdi car cbd

Hi all i have a 2008 Vw passat 2.0 tdi cr showing a fault for o2 sensor (wideband) stuck rich I have used the pico software to set up the scope but what I'm seen in my trace is completely different to what is is show in the software just wondering if anyone has had the same issue or it could be the sensor that has failed checked live data but doesn't seem to show any information on that sensor any help would be great full don't want to just put a sensor in it and it's something else that causing a rich condition
