My question was aimed at OP - Terbo, being the only one that would know the answer ?

In answer to your question
or would you think I have missed something myself?
and
I not sure whether the engine actually run!
Yes, only the first 2 lines in the opening post !!!
I got a Focus in, that starts really bad, idles poorly, almost doesn´t rev,
only if you hit it WOT then it slowly increases rpm.

The ckp.does pick up on the rear of the flywheel or drive plate . This would no doubt shift the ignition timing dramatically . I have seen this before with 4f27e gearbox but it always makes a real racket.
Low vacuum was probably down to low idle speed .

Hi,

No, to my suprise, the car did crank and start and if you heard it,
you would never thought that this Piece would look that way.
There was no "CLUNK" and "BONK" or big loud rattleing....
Only thing i thought of before, it sounded like a plugged exhaust.

As long as it was screwed to the Engine, it was wedged in there
, we tryed turning it by hand, but no way. After removing the screws,
it dropped, and then it was to two pieces.

No, Timing was not jumped.Same belt as we got it on there,
Never touched a screw of the Belt or tensioner.

I don´t know why the Vacuum reading was so bad and now good.
I can only asume, that the ECU was doing something , to try
to keep it runing with that way of Ignition fireing.
