If you do not have picoscope software and you only have XP, go to https://www.picoauto.com/tech-support and click on Technical Support; fill in a support ticket and ask for a link to the last version of picoscope that you can use I am sure the guys will be able to help, but unfortunately since Release 6.12.1 the software will no longer work with XP.

Sadly time and software marches on.

Hope that helps.

The "Installation and Release Notes" button on the downloads page has a link to the last version that supports XP :D

Hello,
Using w10 64 bits OEM with all updates I can't detect my 4425(is detected as WestBridge! in DeviceManager)
Using w7 64 bits OEM I used 6.12.7 without any issue.
Someone know how to solve this issue?
Thank you.

Yes. We have seen this several times. From Device Manager, update driver and manually direct it to your PicoScope folder to find the driver.
