Thanks for pointing that out, I had been running it with a filter, I ran the test again with a longer time base and the patterns are not moving in relation to each other, guess I have to keep looking.

Bear in mind that does not mean that the Crank & Cam are not misaligned, now it will have to be a case of getting a Known Good capture to compare. WPS in a Cylinder may show the error.

A vacuum guage on the inlet could help too.
