My name is Charlie and I am anxious to use my new 2 channel scope, NNV and optical interfaces. I have been a full time auto technician since 1975 and co-own and operate Chuck's Auto Repair in New Orleans with my brother Johnny.
What's up with not being able to use the NVH software without a license key? Shouldn't that be readily provided with the hardware? Frustrating!!
My understanding of the NVH licencing is that the the interface / scope are linked together so obviously Pico does not know the details of what hardware you may already have or what scope is purchased with NVH interface.
If you purchased through a distributor surely they will deal with the licencing? If not then all that is required to fire-up the whole shooting match is either a phone call or an email to the guys in support at Pico. They are great people and will have you up and running in next to no time.
