Are you able to pressurise it with a smoke machine up to 3 bar. Or better still a 95% Nitrogen / 5% Hydrogen Mix then use a Hydrogen sniffer ? Hydrogen being the slimmest on the periodic table ?
Of course not

As I told you, I'm not a mechanic, I just know the basics...
But still doing my best... And of course I want to solve that myself if possible...

Learning is always a pleasure :D

STC, I have not said I was a mechanic, ask me to change a head gasket, I will. Maybe the work will be longer than you, but it will be done and done well, is it a shame?
But I do not want to undertake this work if it is not the solution to my problem. So I will follow the advice of Dcunning35.

yes I know the basics of mechanics, except that the older engines were much easier to diagnose than new engines , filled with electronics, EGR, EGR Radiators, additional Electric water pumps, Particle filters, Electronic sensors in every corner...

If I asked too many questions, sorry ...

I am a car lover, and when I have a problem, I like to solve myself.

When I come on a forum, it's to get help, and when I can help someone, I do. The forums are not made for that?

I repeatedly thanked Dcunning35, for assistance, for the hug, it will require that we meet through the Internet it will be complicated

I totally respect people like Dcunning35 who help others !

Should I be ashamed to come here and ask for advice from someone who has more experience in this?

But here we leave the subject I think?

Finally, STC, I do not understand what is your problem with me?
T*tS at home, Tyres, Training. Tooling & Techniques at work - Makes for great life at home and at work, Just my experience.
Not bad ;-)

Have a good day.

Hi Everybody !

Some pictures...

We had no access to the pipes to make a bypass...
So, we had to remove the front of the Truck.
(The cooler in place was not the good one, not the same that we have bought to Renault trucks, I suppose someone has already changed it before but not with the good model. One Pipe was on the back, and the cooling system was modified !!!)

After removing the EGR cooler, some water went out the admission circuit !!

The problem is well a cracked cooler. :D

We have mount a new cooler, now, have just ordered a new pipe for this cooler, because mine broke when we removed it

Same time, with easy access to everything, we are doing a big maintenance.

I will come to tell you when all will be fixed.

Thanks again for the help !
