Hi, I hope someone can help me. I'm having trouble with the installation of picoscope on a Fujitsu LIFEBOOK T730 which has windows 7 professional 32-bit SP1 Intel Core i5 CPU M 520 2.40GHz, 4.0GB RAM. I'm trying to install build 188.8.131.52 and it installs ok, but when I connect Pico to the Laptop for the first time, it can't find the drivers and I get a message that "windows can't find the correct drivers for the application"(even tough I have AutoEnginuity wich uses USB connection, and it works just fine).
So I tried to launch Pico anyways, and it opens in demo mode even tough pico is connected. When I connect pico to my desktop, it works just fine( build 184.108.40.206 and beta 220.127.116.11). I've look for help on the AutoNerdz forum, and after screen sharing with them, they pointed me in this direction.
