I am currently teaching vehicle diagnostics upto Level 3 and could do with some real world faulty bits, bit of an odd request I know, but despite me faulting up wiring looms and sensors etc. the best way I can, my students keep embarking on a process of 'finding fault' not 'fault finding' if that makes sense.
The kind of thing I'm after are the ones that throw up imlpausable signal faults, irratic running, failure to start etc. nothing that will create a smoldering pile in the corner of the workshop though, they can take care of that one themselves.
So anything you've got,
- crank sensors, cam sensors, ABS wheel speed sensors, coil pack(s), MAF sensors, coolant & air temp sensors, pressure sensors, TPS sensors, faulty sub looms
