Re: help please, pb on the website thanks !!

Hi. . If we are talking about a simple analog MAP sensor, then the first thing to check is whether there is a stable power supply to the sensor. There should be a good grounding, and a stable power supply of + 5 volts. In your example, apparently there is no good grounding, or the common wire of the...

Re: What's up with the cam sensor...

Hello. On the PSA HDI 1.6 engine, as a rule, there is a standard signal form of the camshaft sensor reference. The chaotic change in signals can only be explained by a malfunction of the sensors. There is also a very rare case of strong magnetization of the reference point itself. If you do not see ...

Re: EGR stepper feedback / waveform

The image of the signal from the manual is very conditional. It does not show voltage spikes characteristic of switching drivers of the inductive winding of the motor. You can assemble a simple emulator of four low-power lamps with close resistance. By connecting this homemade emulator to the EGR co...

Re: EGR stepper feedback / waveform

Hi.
.
There is an error on the diagram.
The correct scheme looks different.
Here is the manual (DTC P0400) :

Re: Vivaro 2.0 M9R-788 Cam/Crank sync issues

Hi.
The main problem is related to the faulty signal of the crankshaft sensor.
This, in turn, is due to a damaged signal disk.
The reduced voltage on the camshaft sensor is due to the fact that when the starter is running, the on-board voltage has decreased.

Re: Citroen C3 cam vs crank fault engine timing is GOOD

Just an opinion. There may be not one, but several malfunctions. One - is the wrong ratio of crankshaft - camshafts. This can be argued - based on the errors that are available immediately after starting the engine. The second - is the lack of engine start. . The easiest way to determine this, is to...

Re: Citroen C3 cam vs crank fault engine timing is GOOD

After starting the engine, a PWM signal appears on the control valve, that is different from the control PWM = 10%. When controlling approximately about PWM = 40%, a shift towards late is obtained. The shaft occupies the same position equal to 110 degrees on the scanner. But this is subject to the n...
