I would ask for the serial number of the PicoScope, then you would be able to contact support@picotech.com and find out how old the scope actually is. As it is a PicoScope 4423 it will be out of warranty, but we do not have any subscription fees, and it will work with the latest software.

You tried to repost exactly the same message as a new topic here. The pdf you have supplied is not a simple screen shot from a PicoScope trace as it has two triggers, if you want help please post the psdata file.

The PicoScope software will only work with our Automotive Scopes, it will not work with third party devices.
