had the same problem as Liteace. Pico should change that. Diko. They should yes, but why replace crap with more crap only to have it let you down again. yes I have the screen lock up problem, its a proper pain in the arse, thought it was laptop but it does it on both, seems with the software the more "improvements" the worse it is and us being the guinea pigs have to suffer while it's being sorted, as we use this software to earn a living it should ...

It is the same on AC, had a couple of software lock-ups so had to reboot laptop and forgot to change that time
