For a coil circuit I agree you would get a DTC however not always if the circuit is good from the pcm to the coils , double check the pcm powers and grounds if ok replace it

No unfortunately looks as if the drivers in the pcm are dead . Check the resistance to earth on the known good coil circuit , and compare to the bad two .
Did you reset the ckp profile with the scan tool and the pcm adapted values might be worth it if the resistance check doesn't show anything.

I'd disregard the live data for the ignition timing as it's not running. If the coils are not being switched and you are confident that the power and grounds are good to the coils and you are confident that there's no short or open on both the triggers it can only be the pcm but I've not seen a coil...

Do the injectors fire on thoose cylinders? Does the low pressure fuel pump run on crank ? Why was the original engine replaced if it's had a misfire event it's possible for the pcm to switch off the fueling too in which case in the absence of any DTC,s relating to coil circuit faults. You could try ...

Check the ground connection for the ign coils ,this bolts to the back of the cylinder head at the transmission side just under the intake manifold.

The pcm learned values will need to be reset after any work on the static timing.
The Ranger ,puma diesel engine times the crank on the front not with a pin in the ckp hole.
The ckp bracket has elongated holes and could also be out .

You will need to run the misfire profile correction service function via IDs or pass through via www.etis.ford.com .

Hi cam code , can I ask what the actual symptom is and under what conditions it occurs ( full load) etc .
After the DTC is logged will it restart straight away? .
My first check would be to check the low pressure fuel system for drawing air a vacuum test is best,then check for flow too.
