I'm curious how that engine detects misfire,by CKP sensor only or by "eldor ignition module" if that engine have it like a 2.9 twin turbo in Alfa Romeo Giulia QV.Maybe it's same or similar engine.I think/suspect that both engines are derived from Ferrari.

Try unplugging large current consuming actuators 1 at a time. I.e EGR and throttle body motors to see if any of them stop this from happening it's rare but I have seen them leak unwanted voltage into an ECU and cause it to misbehave.
