Re: VW Polo 1.2 3cyl timing chain

I will do a fuel pressure test and injector voltage and amp measure in the morning Why ? Do you have any proof to send you in this direction ? As for the latter part of the quote ................ just for fun ????? & in the morning  live data looked ok OK ? is that how the PIDs are displayed...

Re: Lowest voltage reading ?

so why did the DMM give me the expected Hi/Lo figures I expected & scope a flat line & no movement ?
I just thought another hour of my life wasted when I could have just used the DMM .

I'll try again when I get another spare minute .........

Re: Lowest voltage reading ?

Steve- yes automotive 4000 series (typo).

No capture as I didn't save because it wasn't what I wanted.

PS. I did vertically zoom X30 iirc on a ±50mV scale.

Lowest voltage reading ?

What's the lowest voltage reading the 4423 will display ? I have been trying to measure voltage drop across a component, I am looking at sub 20mV (square wave), all the scope wanted to do was draw a flat line. I was using CHA & CHC each side of the component with a math channel of A-C & C-A, I did a...

Re: Sample waveform for Vauxhall Insignia Active ABS Current

Why do you have a bad one (capture) ?

What do you expect the current to be ?

If only one corner is at fault then surely a good reference can be taken from a corner with no fault :?

I would expect 7-14 mA switching.

How are you measuring the current accurately ?

Re: Renault Espace 4 Can Bus

I am the owner of a Renault Espace 4 2.2 Dci turbo. I have just rebuilt the engine with new rings and shellls etc. Using the Renault Can Clip software it I bought a second hand 4424 WOW  RCC, scope, cheaper taking it to a garage than buying that lot surely (guessing you're a DIY'r ?), what v...
