Car pures like brand new....0 Error codes present, Full Power
and not 1 Misfire.Vacuum readings steady and at normal specs.

The mechanical timing is correct.
Put in Timing tool, turned Crank till it stopped, and
the Tool for the CAMs slides in with no pressure.
1 FInger > CLICK - inserted

At "idle" , if you get it to rev up a little
then you get around 20 on the Decel for
about 1 second, if you let it idle, it drops
and drops till around 3, then Engine cuts out.
