All too often those of us at the "sharp end" are left feeling like a "spare part", when we feel that we have been left "high & dry" by a tool supplier! Pico are one of the ...

Re: Confused ?

Please keep an eye on the Case studies section for a 'sticky' by the end of the week. Again, I apologise for the confusion, and appreciate the feed...

Re: Confused ?

Hi Guys, The case study this month came from a distributor, so no they are not a "winner" (also there was no announcement of a winner). Sadly as the flow of case studies is not always constant I cannot "guarantee" a winner each month, or within a fixed timescale. The terminology used in this month's...

Re: AuthorMike - Ford Focus Mk1 – 2000 X reg

Hi Guys, How long (or how many miles) would you expect it to take for the Commutators to wear down? ie.e to see a smooth waveform? 200 miles on and the new waveforms still show similar results to before....could these actually be due to a copy part, rather than a FORD part? 20120727-0001 - Kon-EOn -...

Re: AuthorMike - Ford Focus Mk1 – 2000 X reg

Hi Kev,

I am hoping my brother will take a new waveform tomorrow (he finishes at lunch on a Friday)... so it may be the waveforms are better ater a couple of weeks use...

...still doesn't explain the 'better' waveforms with full load ON though... :?

Re: AuthorMike - Ford Focus Mk1 – 2000 X reg

Great. He is tempted to do a fuel presure test too, but we just discovered the Focus Mk1 has no schraeder valve on the fuel rail, so it needs to be done another way!.....fun fun fun...
