Disconnect the injectors electrically,disconnect scv or imv crank over and watch the pressure rise,on graphing meter or scope should rise imediately .5 to 1 second,and go to full pressure=4.0volts or over.

Good morning,I would carry out a back leakage test of the injectors,to make sure there is not any excessive leaks,you could disconnect the injectors electrically unplug and the metering valve-imv crank the engine and see how fast the pressure rises in the rail,and if the pressure holds as the pressu...

Good morning,why dont you check your pids for fuel pressure,desired v actual?check your rail pressure sensor circuit plausibilty by unplugging sensor,and looking at open circuit code,plausibility voltage for rail sensor .5volt koeo 5v unplugged. The injectors will not fire unless over 220bar in rail...

Good morning why not do a cranking in cylinder and get the whole picture,with an ignition sync?Odd you have,nt done one as you have the transducer to carry the test out. :o

Why dont you use mode 6 to see if there are any pending codes?also look at your fuel trims in obd2 to verify a lean/rich condition.

As far as i am aware its a back up battery for various keep alive memories,eg transmision it is usually listed on the scan tool as the auxilary battery,which has a switch over relay to keep it charged,it also is a back up for the electronic brake system. I may be wrong about its function but i,m sur...

It has been known for the o rings to leak letting unmetered air into the inlet manifold,around the injectors.

Good morning there is a post on here as far as i remember about wrong fuel filter(s) been fitted to some cars,its got a built in fuel pressure reguator fitted on some cars, check the filter is the correct one for this vehicle.
This will mess up the fuelling stratergy,sorry cant spell today.

Hi Jon,what about the fuel pressure pid does it alter on acceleration?also what about the air flow response when the throttle is actuated?Why not carry out an acceration test and see the reaction response wise from the O2^s and the fuel pressure and air flow.
