AP sensor has a 5V reference voltage, the ground is 0V, AD advises that the terminal 3 (output) is 4.3V at idle, then if I am getting about 2.5V at idle and the voltage drops to about 1.7V when I rev the engine, then I think I should be looking to see if the 5V reference is dropping off when I rev ...

I am very much not the best qualified person on her mate but very much researching in prep for my courses, creapt up in me, start next week.

Have you tested......... yes you have tested the 5v ref. Didn't read your post properly, sorry

Hi Simon Was the fuel filter starving fuel or allowing air in the system? & Did the ECU shut down the injector drivers etc...... Just to reiterate ...... Asking where to get the data for battery's to be efficient in the very basic of tests from pico? Not the diagnostic value of the test for technicians value (if that makes sense)
