CHAdeMO

Often within the world of diagnosis, we have to know how something works in order to diagnose correctly. The following article will hopefully help explain how the communication and charging takes place on a vehicle fitted with a CHAdeMO socket. CHAdeMO was once a much favoured solution for DC fast c...

Re: Save waveform after each trigger in picoscope7

Hello Yair, Thanks for getting in touch. Rest assured alarms will be coming soon with the software teams currently working on masks which go hand and hand with alarms. In the meantime, triggers are still very much operational and in the save dialogue you can specify the buffer numbers you would like...

Re: feature request: scope views and waveform frames' scrolling

Hi Zoli, Thank you for the suggestion and I will get it into the software teams. Whilst not an easy option there is a workaround using the reference waveform feature. If you were to have both view open as you've done so in your image, create a reference of the top panel and then hide the other chann...

Re: One waveform One picture

I take no credit from the following post as it is from one of our users on our Facebook Automotive Group. Edward Boers was kind enough to share his experience of working on a Pierce Ariel Ladder. Should you not know what this is please look it up! Thanks Edward for allowing me to post here as it's g...

From here click on the probe tab where you should see the option to Zero. Alternatively remove the clamp from the l...

NVH & HGV/Off Highway

Hi all, Hope all are safe and well? Just wanted to get some general feedback on those that might be using Pico NVH in the HGV and Off Highway sector. I believe some users have mentioned it before and using NVH with J1939 and I was interested to know who has had success in getting engine and/or road ...

Re: Why I can't select the starter kit?

Hello bokn, Unfortunately due to a worldwide shortage of electronic components and also the volatility of electronic component pricing, we had to take the difficult discussion last year to remove the 2 Channel and the 4 Channel Scopes and Starter kits from sale. We are hopeful that we will be able t...

Hi Liviu,

Hope all is well with you?

I think it might be best if you email into support@picotech.com. The team there will be able to better assist you with SDK support.

Kind regards
