mmmmmmmmm, Well I'll stick my neck out on this one and go for a tight tappet on the inlet of number four cylinder. The valve clearances for this engine should be Exhaust 0.010"--- 0.012" (0.25mm --- 0.30mm) and Inlet 0.005" --- 0.007" (0.13mm --- 0.18mm). These are a shimmed head!....... I hope :lol:

No Robski, I use to use UK Autotalk when it very first started, I posted a few topics to get things rolling and it just went from strength to strength! I don't know if it's still going, it was a very helpful site in the end. I think the names of the chaps who ran it were Peter Warman and John Wallis...

I think I'ts important to understand that in practice you will find these 'standard type' of relays wired both ways,for example 'term 85' with positive polarity on it (Relay removed).
