Re: 2006 peugeot 2L cam/crank sync

Here is a timing waveform. When yours is good in live data you may have a problem with the camshaft poulie as well.

Re: 2006 peugeot 2L cam/crank sync

Had an rhr in a few months ago. The camshaftpoulie turned at the camstaft ( spie broken ). If I remember rightly, the camshaft sensor looks at the poulie, so there was no timing problem in the cam/crank waveform. I will see if I have a known good waveform tomorrow. The car I was working on would not...

Re: Toyota Yaris 2008 1.0

I think you have a denso wide band sensor. Toyota uses a lot of these 4 wire wide band oxygen sensors. Most scantools can show the value that is measured by the sensor. When the sensor says its running at lambda 1 you can confirm this with a gas analyzer. The ecu is tries to keep the voltage over th...

I agree, it would be very usefull to graph pwm signals.

Re: 2.0 hdi rhy 2001

I have a known good waveform, but somehow it will not upload.. I'll try uploading again later.
If you send me your email I can also mail you the waveform.
The timing in your waveform is not correct.

Re: 2.0 hdi rhy 2001

I have a RHY from my peugeot partner but the cam profile is not the same. I'll see tommorow if I have a known good signal for you. What is the problem with the car? I see that the voltage and rpm's are a bit low. This can cause a non starting engine. Had a couple of these cars with a bad starter. To...

Re: Advice on waveform Harley TPS

You can scope power and ground to see if they are stable.
If they are, then place breakout leads between tps and the connector. Connect power and ground but leave the signal wire disconnected to see if the signal is good then.

Re: C3 pluriel 1.4

What scantool are you using? I think you have to use another scantool. The injection duration and voltage suply you mention cannot be correct.

Re: Fiat Doblo 1.3

To bad you can't complete your diagnostics now the costumer needs the car back, would be nice to know what the actual problem is.

The switch from 2 pilot injection to 1 pilot injection is made at 3100 rpm.

Re: Stupid Question Regarding Voltage

If you set the screen on 2 volts it is not a problem if the spikes are higher then 2 volts. Just be sure that you stay under 100 volts. When you measure things like injectors or primary ingition, use the attentuators. The coils on these components produce high induction peaks when the current is cut...
