Re: Reference waverforms trouble

Hi Liviu, Really not a problem and I'm sure we can help you get to grips with them. I think it's easier if we just answer your questions one at a time! Question 1: Why do they show in Loaded and why there is nothing in Library? Any reference waveform in the loaded section have been saved with the or...

Re: WPS500 hoses

Hello Liteace, Please accept my apologies for the late reply. I believe the hoses were changed a number of years ago for the newer type. The decision being you would only need to change the end rather having a number of different complete hoses therefore keeping costs down and eliminating the need f...

Re: Pico rulers

Hi Technician, Hopefully I've understood the question you've asked but I think what you would like to do is re-label the rotation rulers to something else. This is straight forward enough. Once you've dragged the rotation rulers out use the ruler tab at the bottom of the screen. Here you will be abl...

Welcome Bruno,

Always great to see new people in the forum and we can all use a little help from time to time which is what it is all about.

Hopefully you can find what you're looking for but never be afraid to ask.

Kind regards

Re: Picoscope Automotive 6.13.1 beta

Hi Liviu,

Not a problem. Please do let us know how you get on with deep measure. It's always good to hear different ways people are applying it.

Nice job with the Vauxhall by the way!

Kind regards

Re: Chevrolet Aveo A12XER

Hi Victor, I've had a look at your capture and although there isn't a reference on our waveform library for your specific engine, we can start to get an idea from your waveform as to what is going on here. With this increase in pressure just before the inlet valve opens we can assume the exhaust val...

Re: Picoscope Automotive 6.13.1 beta

Hi Liviu, Apologies for the misunderstanding. I see what you mean now. I too find the scope isn't seen in whichever software is opened second and to be completely honest I'm, not entirely sure why. I think it may have something to do with windows keeping the USB port live and therefore the 2nd softw...

Re: X and Y scale control

Hello Liviu, Adjusting the input voltages post capture is something we can't do however, the advanced features with PicoScope 6 software allow us to do some clever things. The option I believe you want here is to adjust the scaling of a channel or a reference waveform. I'd like to point you to our w...

Re: Picoscope Automotive 6.13.1 beta

Hello Liviu, You can have both software versions installed onto one laptop but the scope will only one be seen by one of the software versions. It is not possible to run one scope with two software versions at the same time, unless you have two scopes connected to your laptop then one scope will use...

Re: Real time multimeter during capture

Hi Mastertech, As Tronic has already mentioned it is possible to add measurements to a live capture. MEASUREMENTS.jpg If you wanted to purely use PicoScope almost like a multimeter then the best advice I can give you is to alter your timebase to a relatively quick time, anything under 20ms/div works...
