Yes.

File>SaveWaveform and save as a psdata file then we can open it in the software and look at settings and detail.

and are you using the supplied blue USB cable directly between the scope and the laptop ?

Does it happen on any of the channels, or just one ?

Go to http://www.picoauto.com/download-software.html and just above the download section you will see a line of text Stable Release Release Candidate Beta Release just click release candidate and you get the 6.7.20 version. This will install over the 6.6.57 Stable Release. Scopes not being recognise...

To keep us tech support types in a job :wink:

Not sure why, possibly permissions, date attributes on files, missing system components and the list keeps going.

You can run two instances of the software, each connected to it's own scope, although the data wouldn't be synched.
