Re: 2013 Citroen Relay 2.2 puma engine p0016 fault

Hi good morning, check your temp sensors in the exhaust, they default @ 5volts if they stop working,or check the actual back pressure in the exhaust,by drilling suitble holes in the system which can be refilled with weld, after of course checking the cam crank correlation to be correct.

Re: Passat diesel AWX firstlook need interpretation

Hi I would say the amperage is lower than i would expect,i would agree that your friend is correct of the amps drawn on a good pump, that is to say if the powers and grounds prove to be good at the pump, also what pressure at the intermediate pump?any sign of aeration in the supply to the engine?check...

Re: 2008 VW Crafter BJL fuel cut???

Yes it was a pd engine, maybe an AWX,Is it still possible to see the injector current patterns?what style injectors are they? probably peizo crystal on a common rail, you would be able to see any problems in the wave forms,of any electrical anomolys.and if they are shorted,

Re: 2008 VW Crafter BJL fuel cut???

Hi just a thought,is it possible for a injector current ramp pattern to be taken while the vehicle is being driven,as i have managed to take one on a transporter which had a misfire under load causing the engine to cut out, when the fault occured the injector pattern was lost only to come back on the...

Re: Td4 - P1190 - Fuel Rail Pressure Plausibility

Good evening, now you have jogged my memory about a replacement pigtail connector with Gold plated terminals,to help eliminate pin fitment and corrosion issues for the fuel rail pressure sensor,I have to say i hve not used that particular repair, I.ve seen lots of this type of car but not encountered...

Re: Td4 - P1190 - Fuel Rail Pressure Plausibility

Very odd nobody has some advice,,,,,,,,,,?the reason the car runs better with the fuel rail sensor disconnected is because it uses a pre-set value as a get you home value, which is based on a value stored in the ecu memory,it also looks at the sensor when the key is turned on to see what the output o...

Re: 2005 mini alternator charge system intermittent

Hi Sam have you, checked for any fault codes?also you should see a pid for the feed back circuit for the alternator, and a desired output the pcm wants to see from the alternator.

Re: Subaru Tribeca P0420

The main reason the Afr can,t be checked is because the Afr uses a pumping cell measurement pid in milliamps,so unless you use a £500.00 amp clamp to measure the change in amperage an ordinary low amps clamp is not sensitive as there is too much noise at that low an amperage, you can mulltiply the am...
