Re: Tailpipe Waveform

Any ideas on securing this better? Should I block off more of the exhaust?

Tailpipe Waveform

This is the best tailpipe waveform I have been able to get. The engine is running, not cranking, like the test should be performed. When I crank only the waveform looks even worse. I have the throttle closed. I have fuel disabled. I am not clear-flooding. The waveform just doesnt look the way I have...

Importing Custom Probes

Hey guys,

I can't seem to import custom probes the same way as I did in Picoscope 6.
Picoscope 6, I go Tools-Custom Probes-Import
How do I do that in Picoscope 7?

If anyone knows, Thanks!!

Pressure Pulse Sensor

Hey guys, Just trying to figure out why my Intake waveform looks a little different to what I am used to seeing online. Each cylinder appears to have 2x downward pulses instead of just 1 like I am used to seeing. Any ideas why? I have tried different time bases and voltage settings. I am also wonder...

Saving Files in Picoscope 7 Auto

hey guys, When I save a file using Picoscope 7 Automotive, my computer automatically saves it as a Picoscope 6 file, and proceeds to use Picoscope 6 software if I choose to view the file. I am using Windows 10. Anyone have any ideas? I would like these saved as Picoscope 7 Automotive files. Thanks!

Guided Tests

Hey guys, How do I exit the guided test mode and go back to regular measuring? After I select a pre-set test, and I want to go back to manual measuring, what do I need to do? I have been just closing the program to go back to normal measuring, but I am sure there must be a way to exit the guided tes...

Picoscope 7 "probes"

Hello all, I have ordered a Picoscope 2204A while I wait for back-ordered 4425A. I have imported probes from Picoscope 7 Automotive over to Picoscope 7 to use on my 2204A. Is anyone familiar with doing this? Is this the right forum? I have imported a Coil-On-Plug probe with 0-5v scale. And I have a ...
