Thanks Ziko, As the area of interest was all on one screen, this problem of 'too much data was resolved in part by re saving 'current' waveform rather that 'all'.

Hi David Use the Automotive preset for ignition, secondary, plug lead to get you started. The thing about pencil coils is that the field strength varys a bit from type to type. Hi James, The 20:1 attenuator should not be inserted when using either the secondary clamp-on pick up or the COP probe. It would explain the very small signal you are seeing displayed ! Reaised you likely have the latest R6.0.8 which is know to have a few bugs :roll: Sorry about that. If you wait until next week there will be the much improved 6.0.11 available from here -

Wow, what an entrance to the forum! I'm glad you are getting to grips with R6. The animated waveform is really effective in detailing the zoom feature... 8)

Depending on what you are trying to achieve, the most reliable method of copy and pasting a screen view is using the Prt Scr keyboard button and then pasting into a Word document, for example.

If you register you will be able to attach files.
