Hi Chris,1st things 1st, check the voltage at the rail pressure sensor,koeo hould be around .5volt,then unplug sensor to see if the voltage goes up to reference voltage,possibly 5volts. Check the primary supply to the high pressure pump for good flow no aeration,if supply is good,do a cranking test,...

Good evening,sounds like you have an high pressure leak possibly an a injector leaking back,why dont you carry out a back leakage check,and or koeo crank with the injectors disconnected electrically,and observe rail pressure rise?has this engine got an electrical connector for a pressure regulator?p...

Hi just check the current drawn by the in tank fuel pump,through the access point under the rear seat,o/s usually,8 to 10 amps,using an amp clamp,watch initial turn on and will probably just show a prime pulse.

Good morning,why dont you put the pressure sensor in the exhaust?that way you can see if you have any exhaust un eveness,or do an in cylinder pressure reading. :idea:

Disconnect the injectors electrically,disconnect scv or imv crank over and watch the pressure rise,on graphing meter or scope should rise imediately .5 to 1 second,and go to full pressure=4.0volts or over.
