so far i did all test, minus techstream, and catalyst monitor, O2 sensor monitor and O2 sensor heater monitor indicated a PASS...

I do not have the Toyota Techstream software unfortunately. But I will do the other test you mentioned.

2002 Lexus GS300 3.0L...this car showed PO430. Upon inspection, O2 (B2S2) was so badly fused to the cat that upon removal, that part of cat where sensor was plugged in broke. Try to do an injector voltage test on injector three. I am thinking of a stuck open pintle in injector 3 (no hump at end of waveform). If so, try to tap injector with screw driver while re-scoping and if hump appears then it confirms a stuck pintle; cleaning or replacing is an option...

I just opened my PICO advance 4 channel kit and confused which lead wires to use to check the coil of a Saturn 2.2 L with a PO300. I did a test light on the ignition module and feed is okay as well as the two negative pins. I want to test now the coil module as an ohm test is no guarantee. Thank you.
