Can you scope all the Injectors with a current clamp and then use voltage for power and ground as your synch that way we can compare? That would help us identify a problem with the injectors. Have you done a relative compression test?
What are the conditions for your test? Are you at idle no loads on or at 2500 rpm with loads on?
