Nice find muttnjeff. To rule out the harness issue and confirm it was the computer you could have cut the wire close to the computer and put in a substitute load. I like to use reostats from amazon to do this. Then do your scope capture again and look for improvement. That would have proved it for y...

Can you scope all the Injectors with a current clamp and then use voltage for power and ground as your synch that way we can compare? That would help us identify a problem with the injectors. Have you done a relative compression test?

What are the conditions for your test? Are you at idle no loads on or at 2500 rpm with loads on? I would agree you need to do a good visual inspection and make sure you don't have any pullys binding before moving on.
