Re: Citroen P0087...

You are correct. Also these pumps fail very often. There is also a service bulletin that explains how to check the pump, but I don't have it available now.

Re: Volvo V50

This is the engine with the fuel pump on the end of the camshaft? If so, check the end of the camshaft. I've seen a few that were broken.

Oops, only read first page of this topic before replying. I see you already found out about the camshaft.

Re: Nissan X Trail 2.2 dci won't idle when cold

A little late, but for those that run in to this problem in the future. Whe recently had one that had new chain etc installed. The vehicle had the same issues as the one in this topic. Whe placed a ring under the bolt of the camshaft sensor so that the sensor is placed just a little out of the cente...

Re: Diagnostic scan tool

Delphi is a good tool, but it uses older Autocom software. Better buy a Autocom cdp+ so you can use the latest software. I don't have experience with kts and snap-on. You can also look at g-scan. Perfect for Asian cars, and the European coverage gets better quickly. It can also calculate incodes for...

Good post, would be nice if we can just unplug the USB without losing the capture.

Re: Mercedes canbus

I can't see the voltage level of the can high in the picture. If it's from 2.5 to 3.5 than it looks okay to me. There is a bit interference, but it should work. What is the problem with the car? Did you also checked for overload? You can also ad a measurement channel (channel a - b). There should be...

Re: Request for an added feature

There is another way to create a pdf file.
When you save a capture you can change file type from psdata to other file types including pdf.

Re: 1998 Vectra B (X18XE) with P0335 / P0130

Try wiggeling the connector at the ecu when the engine is running. If this generates the faultcode than the ecu is probably faulty.
Had a few of these with p0335 where the ecu was the problem.
Ofcourse check signal and connector pins before replacing ecu.
