Picoscope6 doesn't detect 4423 kit

Hello. My Laptop ( OS, WinXP SP3 32bit ) detects the 4423 and PicoDiagnostics detect it successfully but only Picoscope6 cannot recognize the device 4423. I had tried to reinstall the drivers of the device and the software of both original and latest version. But still the same problem. Please give ...
