I've had my texa navigator mobile for a few years now, it's complete in the 2 boxes with all leads and hasp key etc. Runs great on windows 7 with my SSD. However... The last few jobs where I've really needed it, it's let me down badly. So I think I'm going to sell it and get something else that will...

Re: Mondeo 2.0 TDCI non start

Thanks for clearing that up for me...

I've done a few that have lost injection coding but all these are correct.

is it possible to do a leak off with the engine not running?

Heard the filters can block on these?

I'm not a ford man but a family member has asked me to look at there mondeo. It cut out and wouldn't restart whilst driving. Hooked up my Texa and retrieved P2291 injector control pressure too low- engine cranking. Looking at live data whilst cranking I'm getting 75bar max fuel pressure. I've checke...

Re: 2008 Vauxhall Vivaro piezo injector currents

You have to remove the plastic scuttle, wiper linkage and heater box then finally unbolt the metal part of the scuttle. Behind that is a very rubbish foam seal which lets water pass straight through. If you cover the engine and pour water on the screen you'll probably see where it's leaking through....

Re: 2008 Vauxhall Vivaro piezo injector currents

Make sure you remove the full scuttle panel and reseal it other wise water will just fill the cylinder head back up.
I've also PM'ed you about programming the injector

Re: Acc. Pedal Position

Same here, can't see the waveform but if your getting drop outs on sensor 2 then it's just a ground check as Paul as mentioned. Spoke to vx technical a few times about this.

Re: can bus problem or software fault ?

When you had tech 2 did you carry out a Ecu presence check?

Power the car down, ie ign. Off and measure the resistance across pins 6+14. Should be 60 ohms.

Next connect your scope to 6 and ground and 14 and ground (I can't view the files you've uploaded)

Has the gearbox been out?
