What PicoScope do you have, and have you been in touch with the team at support@picotech.com to get it fixed?

If you have specific trigger questions then please ask.

If you have a PicoScope and believe you have a faulty sensor then post the psdata file and screen shot and someone may be able to comment.

As you have used A-B you need to use the Invert option in the decoder setup, alternatively create the maths channel as CanHigh - CanLow which would be B-A
You will need to change the Baud Rate to 250kbaud as shown here

Please try a local distributor https://www.picoauto.com/distributors they may be able to help and advise.

Keyboard shortcuts have not been implemented in PicoScope 7 yet, so it is not just Linux.

Ideally please upload the psdata file, or if it is large post on a sharing site, then people may be able to help you

If you look at the dates of the posts they are old so you are unlikely to get a response, as the poelp may no longer be acitve on the forums. I would suggest you post your issue, and what information you have gathered to date in a new topic to see if anyone can assist.
