Had the same issue and solved it.
Solution:
Boot into Advanced Boot Options and disable driver signing checking.

The Advanced Boot Options screen lets you start Windows in advanced troubleshooting modes. You can access the menu by turning on your computer and pressing the F8 key before Windows starts.

Disabling driver signature enforcement has helped me.

Hi
I am new user of Picoscope and I am facing the same problems as mentioned.
I tryed everithing mentioned here without possitive result. I used usb buster, 2 USB cables to one and even bought windows 10.
I have old laptop but it works great end exceed requirements for Picoscope. I hoped I would be able to use it for the diagnostics but now I see that I need to buy another laptop.

I like to add that Hantek software and oscilloscope is working on my 14 years old Windows 7 laptop and the one that I wanted to use with Picoscope.

Laptop specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3320M CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.60 GHz
4,00 GB (dostępne: 3,86 GB)
Windows 7 and now upgraded to Windows 10
2 x USB 3.0

My Picoscope is brandnew and works great with 3 years old laptop.

Does anyone had faced similar problems ?
