Hello, everyone, could you help me out, please.

The car doesn't start Volvo S40 2006 D4204T.
My mechanic had a scan and I have few fault codes coming P1295, P1553, P1554.
The mechanic told me what most likely what injector number 4 is not working.
I got second-hand injector today and ready to fit it. but I can't find any information on witch injector is number 4 and what is Cylinder order.

What is cylinder order, firing order and injectors orde on Volvo S40 2006 D4204T
Cylinders are numbered from the belt to the gearbox? gearbox to the belt?

Thanks in advance and hope someone will be able to help me out.
Regards Eddie

Hi Eddie,
I've just had a look in my Haynes Manual for you, and it says,
"Firing order ........... 1-3-4-2 (No 1 cylinder at transmission)"

As far as I'm aware, the injectors are numbered the same as the cylinders.

The Haynes Manual also says the Fuel Injector Mounting Studs are torqued to 13Nm

The guys on here might point you in a direction for ECU programming for injector class, but you may get less radio silence on the Volvo Owners Club forum, or maybe get a Haynes Manual to start with...

Good luck with your second-hand Fuel Injector, anyway.
