Bit of a weird set of technical questions ...
When using the 100Hz filter/Zoom feature is there any delay/time lag to the data?
Would a step change in base pressure level create a small lag in this, or a judder in the output? Or render it useless?
Is there a range of pressures where using zoom gives poor results, ie the base line must be within x% for zoom to be workable?
ie a pressure that is pumped to say 25bar and falls to 10bar before re-pumping would make the zoom pointless?
Looking at a couple of scenario's and realise that zoom could cause more issues if we don't understand the feature fully.

What version software are you using ? Sorry for the late reply We have all been to various parts of Europe and all out at Automechanika Frankfurt next week. Does this happen on all ranges ?

It was more of a hardware than software question, but using current version of software, and the question was not due to seeing something we'd done, more what we might need to avoid for unreliable or unpredicted results (and the time spent tracking down our stupidity!)
I think the answer lies in the method of filtering (Zooming) in the WPS500X, and in all likelihood the delay will be meaningless/negligible if any?
So the only question is related to step changes in pressure so where the system being measured moves from say 45bar to 38 bar quickly, as to how that would be shown on the trace, before re-establishing a zoom at the new pressure level ...?
Odd questions I know, but hey, someone has to be odd
