PicoScope 4223 hardware case

Post by liviu2004 »

Hello, I just got this PicoScope 4223 used, I am wondering if that is the original hardware case it came out of the factory. Did you ever see something like that? The reason I am asking is that the scope does not seem to work correctly so it might have been damaged (or maybe I am not using it correctly).

That is a four channel case, so what is inside is not clear. To check open the software, with the scope connected, and go to Help->About and paste all the text you see, and we will be able to tell you exactly what you have.

This is what I see at the software startup, no probes connected.

What happens on Channel B, do you get the same 300mV offset ?

Does the label on the bottom match the serial number AV380/249 ?

We would be able to take a look at it, just contact us on support@picotech.com

Channel B has a different offset. I can set them to zero, but is it normal to start-up like that?

I will contact support, I would like to have it revised / repaired / calibrated, thanks.

Yes, the serial matches the label at the scope bottom.
