Hello every body. Firstly excuse my english. I am from Mauritius island and live in France now. Any way, I was so enthusiastic to have a pico scope and this week i bought one which has been use a few times from a Renault engineer. I was so glad. But when i got to know a little better about it, i was so disappointed that it had no automotive software on it. I downloaded one on pico's site but it don't recognize the device. It's a 5203 series. Doe's somebody have any idea. i'll be so grateful. Thanks. Joce.
If the seller told you it was an Automotive Oscilloscope then you need to give it back "Very Firmly" and ask for your money back
The 5203 is a test and measurement scope and will not work with the automotive software it is designed for a completely different environment than that of the automotive world.
Sadly for the buyer who does not appreciate this, and or does not do some simple research prior to purchase there is a huge potential for tears.
