Uploading scope traces

Post by Webbo »

I have today saved an interesting trace and wanted to upload it to the forum, with internet connected, pico connected and forum logged in I tried several times.

You must be logged on to upload it says - what am I doing wrong ????

Hi. On saving the waveform, did you fill in the vehicle information drop down menu boxes. There is a requirement to put make, model, year and fuel type in, otherwise it will not load the file.
Thanks
Phil

Hi,

Just to be clear, you must be logged in to the waveform library from within PicoScope. Although you use your forum credentials, these must be entered within PicoScope (whether you are actually logged in on picoauto.com/support is irrelevant).

If you choose File > Waveform Library Browser it will reveal the login screen. If you login (using forum credentials), close the Library browser then try saving the waveform again, that should work.

Hope that helps,
