I have had pico automotive working fine on this computer. This morning i loaded the program and it popped up with an update available. So i clicked on update and when it was done pico was not on my computer anymore???
I went to the web site and reinstalled the program but as it is installing it comes up in the install bar "rolling back action" and takes everything off?? I tried the beta release and same thing happened. please help
ok i deleted the files as suggested and tried to reinstall, no luck same fault. I noticed i still had the old install file on the computer "picoscope6automotive_r6_10_11" in my downloads folder, so it tried that one and it installed first go no problem
"You shouldn't have to do this, as long as the computer has the latest Windows updates installed for Windows 8.1 however - there might be an issue with how one of the updates was installed".
Once again a big thank you to all involved with the information above and the new up and coming beta build
Any feedback would be most appreciated, take care.......Steve
