Hello Mark and thank you for your post.
You can import a .wav file into the NVH software with out having the NVH tool connected but you must have a PicoScope connected ( licensed to use NVH)
Assuming you have a video containing audio, you will need some form of software to convert the file.
For example, a technician records a noise from an engine on his iPhone in .mov format.
Third party software can then be used to convert from .mov to .wav.
Once converted, with your licensed PicoScope connected to the PC you can select OPTIONS and LOAD AUDIO FILES.
Here you can search and load your .wav file for frequency analysis.
Sorry Mark, I have seen your other post re NVH and I will gather an example of NVH analysis using the microphone feature ASAP
