Hi,

Sorry for bad and late news.
I was a week in hospital, and the car is fine and
out in the time i got back.

Problem was a broken pipe for feeding the Injectors inside
the Cylinderhead , Partnumer : 045 130 085.
Therefor Cyl. 3 never became any fuel...

After replacing the Pipe, the car ran just fine.

Maybe someone else stumbles over such a problem.

Greets Chris

Hi terbo

It's nice to hear that you got this problem sorted out.

If I may ask, how did this emulsion tube get broken in the first place - is this a spare part there need to be serviced at a regular basis !

Regards
Kim

Good idea - the MAF reading will be next i think.
Next up would be incylinder pressure...[/quote]

Yeah, I agree. It is a very goooood idea. I welcome this procedure about the MAF reading.

BTW. thank you tode for this

Hello Dario and thank you for the feedback..

Looking at the arrangement of the camshaft signal I was able to determine number 1 cylinder by comparing to an SSP from VW

SSP is a VW Self Study Program which I found on-line. These SSP's give an in-depth overview into the operation of the 3 cylinder engine and so allowed me to confirm number 1 cylinder

From the noise evident within the crankshaft signal I could determine the number 1 injection event and so evaluate all other events relative to the firing order.

The ID chart is a third party overlay software that I also searched for on-line.

I hope this helps......take care......Steve
