resistance across both pins & 1 pin each to injector body ?

Hi Robski

I have two injectors to hand one reads 6.9 ohms
the other reads 165.3 k ohms

so which one rings alarm bells with you ??

resistance to body from any pin ??

Seems like injector c is ok by the ecu, why not scope a good(?) one before ripping it to bits (and best of luck with that).

Once running scope a new one, that will be your reference from then on, unfortunately knowing what's good/bad comes from experience and time taking good ones.

Hi Antthecat
When I started removing the injectors three came out not without ease, had access to an hydraulic puller but the last one pulled out from the threads of the nozzle, so I've removed the engine just to get the head off just so the rest of the injector can be machined out, sorry I'm rambling on (need to get it off my chest) anyway once the engine is back in place I will rescope the injectors and post the before and after on here.

Just out of interest will you be going to the toptechnician event at merc benz world in may, or anybody else on this forum
